It is hard to believe that it has been TWO YEARS since we had the Grand Opening of the Nashville Kettlebell 944 4th Ave south location. Since I am never one to miss an opportunity to celebrate something awesome, we will be having an open house party on Saturday July 28th from 11 am until 2pm.
Consider this your invitation to come be a part of celebrating our two year anniversary!
There will be demonstrations of everything we do: Kettlebells? Of course! Come and see first hand why the RKC system is the Gold Standard of safe and effective kettlebell training from the only RKC Master Instructor in the South. Come and meet our other RKC local instructors and a BUNCH of our Nashville Kettlebell class members.
In addition to that, there will be demonstrations of Indian clubs, Battling Ropes, the Functional Movement Screen and feats of strength.
We’ll have an intro to the swing segment for newbies and finish up with a bonus class.
Also there will be prizes….Party attendees new to Nashville Kettlebell will receive a coupon redeemable for 4 kettlebell classes for $1 (some restrictions apply)…and ALL attendees will be entered for a chance to win door prizes!
