After seeing that Geoff, Brett Jones, Andrea DuCane, Rif,and Kenneth Jay are all doing Z-health in some form I got curious.
Not wanting to be left out of the Sr. RKC cool kids club, I got the R Phase and have begun practicing the exercises. It is very simliar movement to joint mobility I have been doing for years, but the intent is very different and the reps are much lower. I like it a lot.
The focus is on perfect repetition with NO tension. Very tough thing to do, believe me. Check it out for yourself.
