We’ve wrapped up another great RKC weekend in St. Paul MN. There was an unsually high number of ladies this time, and they showed up STRONG.
These shotes are from the Graduation workout, led by Jon Engum, Sr. RKC. A beautiful combination of swing/clean/squat/press/snatch and walk with the KB locked out overhead.
The men showed up ready too. These shots are from the VO2 max snatch workout on Saturday afternoon.
I want to give special congrats to the newest Nashville Kettlebell member to go through the certification, Marcus Hooper, RKC. OOGH! OOGH!
