Haven’t done a training post in a while. Here is what this week has been, summarized.

I have been pressing this week, following the schedule outlined in Enter the Kettlebell with 36kg.
Monday was ladders 1,2,3 for 5 total, plus about 200 24kg swings.
Tuesday-16kg snatches Viking Warrior Conditioning, :15/:15 protocol, 48 sets.
Wed was 1,2,3,4 presses for 5 ladders, 36kg. a 20kg plus a 16kg in the same hand.
Thursday more VWC, 16kg :36/:36 protocol, 20 sets.
Friday was 5 ladders of 1,2,3,4,5, several sets of pullups totalling about 30 reps and a few 60d nails bent.

Next week, i’ll shift the focus to double presses, probably 32kg for sets of 3 reps on the top of the minute. I’ll start around 20 sets and hopefully work up to 40 in 3 workouts.
