I get to meet a lot of really strong and talented people. A couple of those people are Logan Christopher and Bud Jeffries. Both of these guys are friends, colleagues and fellow students of Grandmaster Strongman Dennis Rogers.
Bud has a long list of accomplishments, including a 1000lb squat and losing over 110lbs of bodyfat with the kettlebell swing as the primary tool.
