Nashville Kettlebell Bootcamp and Tennessee Kettlebells teamed up for a workshop with Brentwood High Schools baseball athletes. Channel 2 in Nashville did a story on us.
4 RKC instructors and memebers of Clan Iron Tamer ( myself, Matt McBryde RKC, Dennis Breckey RKC and Nikki Snow RKC) were on hand to share the Hardstyle message with the athletes.
